Gut Ersatz Strap Keepers dabei zu haben, falls auf einer Tour mal einer bricht. Zur Not geht natürlich auch ein Stück Schnur oder Kabelbinder

If you own a corresponding model of MSR snowshoes (which are in my opinion the best, btw.), this is a must have. First, there is only a half of strap keepers needed mounted to the snowshoes by default. It is a good idea to add a 2nd set to lock straps from the opposite side (they then don't slip). Second, the material is not very durable and they break from time to time.
