Vallemaggia Boulder
Shaped by stone and surrounded by remarkable natural landscapes, Vallemaggia offers everything from the famous gorges of the lower valley to newly discovered bouldering areas above 2000 metres.
Avegno and Giumaglio are the main areas of the lower valley, while further upstream lie lesser-known sectors, some discovered many years ago, later abandoned and eventually rediscovered and developed again. Mystery and Magic... or simply Magic. 
We have selected 13 areas and around 1300 boulder problems:
